I was in the middle of a tough conversation with my GM. One of our key accounts was slipping, and she looked me dead in the eye and said, “I need you to make this account stay.” No fluff. No wiggle room. Just that.

I remember the stress rising in my chest, but also something else. An inner dialogue that walked me through how to figure it out. 
And I did.

I sat down, mapped out the patterns, and built a repeatable framework that I’ve used ever since. One that doesn’t rely on pressure or panic, but on understanding. On clarity. On giving clients what actually matters to them, not what we assume they want.

Over time, that one framework became my rhythm.
It helped me grow accounts, protect revenue, and train new sellers who wanted more than one-time wins.
